The guiding principle of quality inspection is to find defects as soon as possible and solve problems as soon as possible to ensure qualified quality and customer satisfaction. RCT's service is the cornerstone to ensure delivery quality.


Our job is to ensure that your quality standards are implemented at all stages of production, to ensure that you accurately know the product status of the supply chain, and to effectively reduce the risk caused by quality problems through quality inspection at key stages.

IPI-initial production inspection


When the product starts production and reaches 10 ~ 20% completion, we will carefully and standardized check all production materials, accessories and production methods in strict accordance with the guidance documents of customers, and carefully compare the products produced by the factory with the samples confirmed by customers to ensure that the products produced are consistent with the samples; At this stage, we assure our customers that the products are consistent with the samples and the production mode is correct


DPI-during production inspection


When the product production reaches 40 ~ 60% and packaging is arranged, our inspectors will randomly take samples from semi-finished products and some packaged finished products to check and do relevant tests, find and identify early problems in time, so as not to cause the continuous production of a large number of defective products, propose effective improvement measures and feed back to customers in time; At this stage, we will find problems early and put forward improvement plans to predict the production efficiency and completion time of the factory


FRI-final random inspection


When all products have been produced and packaged for more than 80%, our inspectors will take samples in strict accordance with the statistical sampling standard ANSI / ASQ Z 1.4 single sampling plans for normal inspection to inspect whether the quantity, appearance process, function, safety, color pattern, size, packaging and transportation marks of products meet the requirements of customers and are consistent with the confirmed samples; At this stage, we make an overall assessment of the whole batch of goods to ensure the quality of the whole batch of products, so as to prevent defective products from flowing into the hands of customers, and timely inform customers to arrange the delivery date or treatment method


FI-full inspection before shipment


When the product is 100%, before or after the product packaging, we will inspect the appearance size, manual, product function, safety performance and inspection points required by the customer according to the customer's requirements, pick out the defective products, and seal the qualified products to ensure that each product meets the customer's requirements.


SP-sample picking


According to the customer's requirements, randomly take samples or raw materials for the customer in the process of inspection or other factories without inspection, and send the samples to the customer or the laboratory designated by the customer for testing according to the demand


L / S-loading / supervising


According to the customer's requirements, the inspector shall arrive at the designated factory or warehouse or wharf yard to inspect the quantity, quality and packaging of products, and supervise the whole loading or unloading process.


Main inspection contents:


1. Record weather conditions, container arrival time, container number and vehicle number


2. Check whether the cabinet is damaged, wet, peculiar smell, etc


3. Count the quantity of goods loaded in the container, and record the number of outer packing boxes and pallets


4. Random sampling, inspection according to normal conditions, and form inspection report


5. Supervise the whole cabinet loading process


6. Record the sealing number of the cabinet


7. Record the departure time of the container.


ITS-inspection training service


According to the requirements of customers or suppliers, through the theoretical and on-site training of our trainers, improve the factory QC's own inspection level, so as to comprehensively control the product quality and finally achieve the customer's self inspection or exemption level.
